Kefid HGM800 type mill was put into operation in 5 micron limestone production line in Indonesia

In recent years, ASEAN countries gradually emerge from the financial crisis.They has rapid economic development. As ASEAN's largest economy, the Indonesian government accelerate infrastructure development. This is inseparable from a variety of basic industrial and construction materials. Processing of these materials is inseparable from crushing and grinding equipment.

Limestone is an important and indispensable building material whose main component is calcium carbonate. After crushing or milling ,it can be used extensively for building materials and industrial materials.

After several rounds of negotiations and the overall strength of the business analysis, product and services and many other considerations, a building materials company of Indonesia purchased Kefid's limestone  production line including two HGM800 ultra-fine grinding equipment. The full set of equipment including jaw crusher, bucket elevator, storage silo, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, mainframe, separator, cyclone collector, pulse dust collector, high pressure fan, muffler.

Currently, the equipment has been officially put into operation. HGM800 grinding mill has outstanding performance in the production line. In the same fineness and power consumption, it has lower investment costs than the jet mill, but the capacity is higher than 45%.The finished products'size is one-time up D97≤5μm.

HGM series ultrafine powder grinding mill is new equipment which adopt Sweden advanced grinding technology, based on the whole mill market trends and demand for ultra-fine powder, tailored for powder processing user. It is mainly suitable for processing non-flammable material with humidity below 6% and 9 or less Mohs hardness such as limestone, calcite, calcium carbonate, dolomite, talc, kaolin, etc.
