Recently, a Kefid customer's 10t/h of slag powder production line in Ukraine is officially put into operation.

 

According to Kefid engineer's introduction, the customer's processed materials is steel slag, compared with ordinary stone, it's very difficult to process. We configure bucket elevator + silo + vibrating feeder + MTW175 European type grinding mill for this customer.

                                                                                                                

 

MTW175 European type grinding mill is the latest generation of grinding equipment launched by Kefid which adopts advanced European technology with a number of independent patent property rights. It has very distinct advantage in non-metallic minerals milling, coal production and milling and processing slag, fly ash, slag and other waste.

 

The Ukrainian customer processing steel slag's feeding size is less than 25mm, the required output of finished size is 0.074mm (200 mesh), through screening rate is of 80%, stand-alone production capacity is of 10 tons / hour. Kefid's MTW175 European type grinding mill production line successfully reached the customer requirements, currently,the equipment operation is stability. The customer is interested in buying another one.

 

Slag is an industrial solid waste which discharged from steelmaking.The discharge is about 15 to 20% of crude steel production. We can crush slag for comprehensive recycling, as a filler for cement, concrete and other building materials.This not only save energy, but also protect environment. Kefid now running slag powder production line is a good case for reference.
