Dear Harry,
Bentonite is non-metallic mineral with montmorillonite as the main component.It is widely used in coatings, metallurgy, ink painting, aviation, chemical, petroleum, building materials,etc.
4R raymond mill is commonly used equipment for bentonite grinding, the entire equipments is composed of the host, analysis machine, plumbing device, blower,cyclone, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, electric motors and other components. The host is composed of the rack, inlet volute, blade, roller, grinding ring, casing and motor.
The number of grinding rollers: 4
The maximum input size: 25mm
Output size: 0.2-0.044mm
Capacity: 1.8-4.5t/h
If working hours is 10 per day, the daily output of 4R raymond mill for bentonite is about 20-50 tons(fineness of the material will affect the output).
If you need large capacity, you can consider 5R, 6R raymond mill or MTW European type grinding mill(3-50t/h), TGM super pressure trapezium mill(3-36t/h), LM vertical mill(6-80t/h), the fineness of the material is adjustable between 80-425 mesh.
If you need to produce more than 400 mesh of ultrafine bentonite, you can choose LUM ultrafine vertical mill(400-1250 mesh) or HGM ultrafine powder mill(400-3000 mesh).
