Dear Adil,
1.For the ore materials which Mohs hardness is below 9.3, such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, ceramics, marble, granite, bauxite, barite, coal, coal gangue.
2.When grinding, the humidity of the material is not more than 6%, otherwise the material is difficult to grind into powder, and is likely to stick roller,blocked.
3.The mill has stringent requirements on the voltage. Before production,we must guarantee sufficient and stable voltage, or there will be burned equipment or serious damage to the production.
4.Grinding coal and other flammable materials,we should pay attention to cooling, anti-flame, explosion-proof treatment.
It can be seen in selecting grinding equipment for the ore material, we must consult professional personnel. There are differences in ore properties, the same ore also has different hardness,structure and other aspects in different environment.
