The desulphurization of power plants often adopts the wet flue gas desulfurization process. After the limestone is crushed and ground, it is mixed with water and mixed to make a slurry. After reacting with sulfur dioxide, some pollutants in the flue gas are removed, and the final reaction product is gypsum.

Limestone desulphurization requires limestone powder with better particle size of 250 mesh or 325 mesh.Kefid has developed a new type of desulfurizing and milling equipment–the MTW European type grinding mill, which will make optimization, fan adjustment, separator selection based on old system of European type grinding mill and add secondary grading equipment to meet the demand for powder supply both inside and outside the furnace. Simultaneously, 1mm-0.045mm and 0-0.045mm limestone desulfurizers are produced.
