this design includes three sets of mobile crushing plants, which is a typical three-stages crushing line, i.e. YG114E710 mobile jaw crusher+ Y4S2160FC1315 mobile impact crushing & screening plant+ Y3S216VSI92 mobile VSI crushing & screening plant

The raw material is crushed by PE750*1060 jaw crusher first, then be separated by vibrating screen, the bigger sizes material will be transported to secondary crusher PFS1315 and get crushed, the smaller sizes will be transported to the vibrating screen on the third plant and get separated again, the 0-25mm will be separated as final products, while the 25-45mm sizes material will be crushed by VSI-DR9532. This is a closed circuit to satisfy customer’s requirement of 0-3-8-15-25mm. Our machines adopted advanced European technology, with stable performance and creates high profit for our customers.
