The description of solution No.1
Through the vibrating feeder ZSW1300*4900, granite stones will be fed into the jaw crusher PE1000*1200 evenly and continuously for primary crushing. After the primary crushing, the stones discharging from the jaw crusher will be less than 250 mm. Then belt conveyor will deliver the outputs of PE1000*1200 into the secondary crusher – hydraulic cone crusher HPT500. After crushed by HPT 500, the outputs will be carried to vibrating screen 2YZS2460, to get separated into 3 kinds of materials: 0-15 mm, 15-50mm, and >50mm. The materials sized 0-15mm, 15-50mm will be the final products. While the material sized 50mm+ will return to the hydraulic cone crusher HPT500 for re-crushing.Case No.2: 400 TPH granite production line

The description of solution No.2
The 400 TPH production line includes two units of 200TPH production line. Through the vibrating feeder ZSW1100*4200, granite stones will be fed into the jaw crusher PE750*1060 evenly and continuously for primary crushing. After the primary crushing, the stones discharging from the jaw crusher will be less than 140 mm. Then belt conveyor will deliver the outputs of PE750*1060 into the secondary crusher – hydraulic cone crusher HPT300. After crushed by HPT 300, the outputs will be carried to vibrating screen 2YZS2460, to get separated into 3 kinds of materials: 0-15 mm, 15-50mm, and >50mm. The materials sized 0-15mm, 15-50mm will be the final products. While the material sized 50mm+ will return to the hydraulic cone crusher HPT300 for re-crushing.The advantages of Plant No.2:
1、The two unit of 200 TPH producing lines work separately. If one of them has to stop producing for regular maintenance or spare parts replacements, the other production line can continue to work. In this way, the normal production will not be affected.2、It's convenient for you to control and adjust the capacity you need.
