1.       There are denseness air holes when the jaw casting.

2.       Incompetent toggle plates and pads were used. When crusher was crushing in high strength,the toggle plate did not break.

3.       Displacement of mobile jaw occurred, one end collides with edge protection board of the frame.

4.       Rod spring was not changed promptly when it lost its tensile force.

5.       Discharging opening is smaller than the prescribed limit.

6.       Feeding opening is not in the right site,either the opening favors one side or the angle of hopper is too steep,as a result of material heating jaw head directly.

 

Debaring methods of movable jaw rupture.

 

1.       Change the movable jaw.

2.       Change movable jaw and the original toggle plate and toggle plate pad.

3.       Change movable jaw,correctly install the eccentric axle,bearing,bush and mobile jaw,change wearing parts as well.

4.       Change movable jaw and rod spring.

5.       Change movable jaw,adjust the discharging opening as well.

6.       Change movable jaw,equip the feeding hopper as well to ensure laying-off evenly and steady,and divide into two sides from the midst.
