Our products quality got very good reputation from old customers. About the equipments’ production process, we are really different from other manufacturers. Take our jaw crusher as an example, all of our steel are from Famous BAO Steel in Shanghai-Q235 High carbon steel; our cutting are using high-precise CNC cutting, having higher precise; our welding are carbon dioxide gas arc welding, welding seam with high cracking resistance, high production efficient, non-deformation after welding. After our machines’ completed assembly, our equipments need sand blasting, removing rust and polishing which are much easier to paint. Our paint is one bottom and two sides, which can keep a relatively longer time. I can ensure that they will not fade and rust in 3-5 years. The main shafts of our equipments need to go though the grinding treatment. The touching place of our main bearing can reach mirror width. All of our bearing and motor are adopting International Famous Brand. After completing assembly, all of our machines are need to take a 24 hour trial-run and so on.
