150-200TPH Limestone Sand Making Solution

After being blasted, the stones will be transported to the hopper by the dump truck or loader, then flow into the vibrating feeder in order to feed the jaw crusher continuously. Then the stones will be primary crushed by the jaw crusher PE750x1060. The outputs of the jaw crusher is about 0-160mm, and they will be transported to the secondary impact crusher for secondary crushing. The secondary crushed outputs will be screened by the vibrating screen, the outputs bigger than 40mm will be transported back to the impact crusher for re-crushing, the parts below 40mm will be fed into the vertical shaft impact crusher(VSI crusher) DR1145 for tertiary crushing. After tertiary crushing, the outputs will be screened to be different output size, the bigger ones will be transported back to VSI crusher for re-crushing, and the qualified outputs will be screened to be different final outputs.

Note: When the raw materials are below 200mm, they can be directly fed into the impact crusher for crushing, without the primary crushing. When the raw materials are below 40mm, you can fed them directly into the VSI crusher, without primary and secondary crushing.
