Flow Chart Introduction
Less than 210mm aggregated stone are fed into Vibrating Feeder through dumper, the stone material is sent regularly by the vibrating feeder to the High-Efficiency CS Cone Crusher, then the stone bigger than 40mm is sent to the Cone crusher to be crushed again after sieving out by Vibrating Screen. Less than 40mm crushed material is sent to the Vertical Shaft Impact crusher to be crushed again. The suitable separated sand, which is the final product, should be sieved out by vibrating screen and then sent by the belt conveyor.

Note: It can directly feed into Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher when raw material is less than 40mm, not necessary to use primary crushing.
