The sand and gravel production line is designed for high-strength, large-scale demand for sand and gravel aggregates in current engineering projects. It combines crushing and screening equipment at all levels to create a design for customers.
A complete sand production line is generally composed of vibration feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher/cone crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, sand washing machine and other equipment.
Jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing of stones; cone crusher and impact crusher are used for medium and fine crushing. They are suitable for ore of different hardness. Cone crusher is suitable for crushing hard rock materials such as granite, basalt, river pebble, etc. Impact crusher is suitable for crushing limestone,calcite and other medium and low hardness materials; after cone crusher and impact crusher, a fine crusher and shaping link-sand making machine can be added to produce mechanism sand below 5mm.
This is the standard configuration of the mechanism sand production line. Specifically, we will reasonably choose the equipment model and match according to the actual production conditions of the customer's material hardness, output, input and output size.
Kefid's sand production line has the following advantages:
1. The investment is only 1/3--1/5 of the traditional production line with the same processing capacity.
