The raw limestone will be fed into MTW110 by vibrating feeder GZ2F to get the final products.

Advantage of MTW110 :
1.It uses linkage pressurizing technology which largely improves the capacity by 20% with the same power.
2.It uses curved surface shovel with split design, the blade is made of high wear-resistant alloy material and is changeable separately. So the shovel has longer service life and the efficiency is large improved.
3.It uses whole bevel gear transmission, this makes the transmission system more compact, easier to install and longer working life.
4.It uses curved surface duct, so the resistance is largely reduced, internal outlet direction is good for the distribution of material to avoid material jam.
5.It uses isolated structure between the internal cylinder and the mixed air and powder flow, efficiently improving the classifying efficiency and accuracy.
6.It uses built-in type lubrication pump and lubricates the main shaft bearing and bevel gear shaft bearing smoothly without any additional lubrication pump or station.
7.The inner surfaces of internal door and inlet volute are on the same curved surface, so that eddy current effects could be effectively avoided and obviously reduce the power consumption.
