There are 4 points you should pay attention:
1. Pay attention to and timely do the lubrication work of toggle plate chute and shaft, to make sure the normal operation of the machine and extend the working life of the machine.
2. The lubrication oil should be decide by the place and temperature that the machine works. It always uses the calcium-based lubrication oil. The medium and large impact crusher adopt centralization lubrication, as shown in the left figure, the oil are supplied to the four shafts on the frame and the moving jaw, that is supplied by the oil-out that on the left and the right and the upward of oil distributor, then be filled in by the oil filler that on the front of the oil distributor.
3. Lubricating grease which adding to the adjusting seat should be 50-70% of its volume, and must be replaced every three months. When exchange oil, carefully clean oil blocks and pipelines, roller and sliding road of bearing with clean gasoline or kerosene.
4. The touching point of toggle plate and mat should be injected lubricating grease before machine's starting.
