River pebble is a kind of pure natural stone. During the forming process, it has experienced the impact of flash flood and the continuous extrusion, friction, hard texture and strong pressure resistance during the process of water flowing. It is the high-quality raw material of the present mechanism sand.

 

At present, the reasonable configuration of river pebble sand production is jaw crusher for primary crushing, cone crusher for secondary crushing(small capacity can choose fine  jaw crusher),vertical shaft impact crusher for sand making (5X sand making machine).

 

Taking into account the high hardness of river pebbles inevitably caused by high loss for jaws, hammer, impact plate and other wear-resistant parts, so the process design, we recommend to use laminated crushing equipment to reduce wear parts wear. A typical laminate device configuration is two jaw crushers or jaw broken plus cone crusher.

 

If the customer has higher requirements on the final grain size, we propose to configure a sand making machine for shaping and crushing, thus forming a three-stage crushing process configuration. The three-stage crushing will inevitably lead to an increase in the investment cost of the project, but the reduction of the production cost for the three-stage crushing is very substantial for long-operating sand mills.
