Kefid mobile crushing station was delivered to the Philippines customer site
Following the end of 2015,the mobile crushing plant were successfully delivered to Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kefid's two tire K series mobile crushing station again delivered to Philippines customer site.
The customer is a supplier of aggregates in Philippines. Two mobile station models are: KE760-1 coarse crushing mobile crusher and KH300-2X fine crushing mobile crusher for processing basalt to build local airport.
K series mobile crushing plant is rock and construction waste crushing equipment launched by Kefid. The equipment is equipped with tire and crawler vehicle systems integration.It can self-drive to the site to provide customers with truly convenient, flexible and energetic new crushing mode.
Depending on the material hardness,input size,discharging size and other factors, the mobile crushing station can be configured: jaw crusher (coarse crushing), cone crusher/impact crusher (secondary crushing), sand making machine(fine crushing) and conveyor belt, screening machine,etc.You can choose two-stage screening system or three-stage screening system in accordance with the actual needs.
The material Philippines customers processing is basalt.It has high hardness. We designed the configuration of KE760-1 coarse crushing mobile crusher + KH300-2X fine crushing mobile crusher.
The main equipment of KE760-1 is PEW860 European type jaw crusher.It dedicated to ore crushing and can crush hard basalt chunks to medium-grained.The main equipment of KH300-2X is HPT300 hydraulic cone crusher. It adopts the world's advanced hydraulic system and laminated crushing principle and has significant advantage in basalt,granite,crushing.
Such combinations can be efficiently complete basalt crushing and produce multi-graded gravel to meet building standard for airports, highways and other projects. Currently, the two mobile crusher were delivered to Philippines and put into operation. We will continue to focus on the operation of equipment for customer's investment reference.
