Recently, Kefid's TGM130 superpressure trapezium mill completed installation and commissioning in Korea, smoothly operation. The equipment is mainly used to grind limestone, processing 100 mesh of limestone powder. It currently running in good condition, the output is 10 tons/hour which exceed customers' expectation.

 

According to engineers'introduction, due to the large moisture content in limestone raw material,it reach 8%. If we put it directly into the mill for processing, finished powder will stick to the grinding roller and grinding ring that can easily cause equipment failure. And because of the continuing adhesions, fans can not successfully blow finished powder out of grinding chamber,this will inevitably lead to lower capacity. For this purpose, we configure a drying process in front of the main mill TGM130, firstly drying large moisture content raw material, and then put it into the grinding mill to ensure the normal operation of the mill equipment and efficient production.
