Feeding size: ≤10mm

Output size: 0.5mm

Capacity: 12 tons/hour

Equipment Configuration: Dryer, CM European type hammer mill, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, mtw175 European type grinding mill.

                              

 

According Kefid R&D engineers'introduction, due to the high water content of the customer's material coke, we configured the dryer for drying the material firstly, and then put it into the European coarse hammer mill for crushing.

 

Because customer's requirements for discharging is relatively coarse, that is 0.5mm, after a grinding process in hammer mill, part of the material has meet the requirements;then sieved by vibrating screen, the materials which meet the requirements were transported directly to the final products silo by belt conveyor; more than 0.5mm of material were sent to MTW175 European type grinding mill for re-grinding until it reaches the customer requirements.
