The main component of limestone is calcium carbonate.It is extensively used for building materials, industrial raw materials. Limestone is also high-quality raw material for producing sand and gravel aggregate.

Limestone's Mohs hardness is 3.It belongs to the low hardness materials. To produce aggregate, you can directly choose "jaw crusher+impact crusher+sand making machine" configuration.

Jaw crusher is used for coarse crushing to crush large pieces of limestone into medium size, the discharge size is typically 10-30 cm.

Impact crusher is for secondary crushing to crush the discharging materials from jaw crusher into fineness particles such as 0.5,1-2,1-3,2-4,3-8 specifications, etc.

Sand making machine can be added after impact crusher. It can crush and shape 0.5,1-2 of stones, seeds and trim pieces.The final products will be 1-5mm of coarse sand, sand, fine sand instead of natural sand for the application of concrete mixing stations, dry mortar, build house, paving and other projects.
