Dear Mars,
Dry methods of sand-making is evolved on the basis of wet processed of sand-making.Compared to it, dry methods of sand-making is not restricted from water and environment.The operation is more convenient with less cost.
The dry method of sand-making process is: vibrating feeder → jaw crusher→ cone crusher/impact crusher →sand making machine →vibrating screen → sand washing machine → finished product stockpiles.
Jaw crusher is used in the coarse crushing to crush the bulk material into medium size.Cone crusher and impact crusher are used in secondary crushing. Cone crusher is suitable for crushing basalt, granite, river gravel and other hard stone.Impact crusher is used for crushing limestone, bluestone and other low hardness stone.After that,the stone are transferred directly into sand making machine for further crushing to produce the sand which meet the size requirements. Finally,it cleaned by sand washing machine and then transferred to the finished product stockpiles.
There are three main indicators of mechanism sand in the application: powder content, crush index and fineness modulus. In the production of mechanism sand, it inevitably comes with a small amount of powder whose particle size is less than 0.08mm. According to the quality standards of natural sand, the particles which is smaller than 0.08mm defined mud.It is very strict with mud content.
Thus, sand washing is the necessary link in dry methods of sand-making. Sand washing machine is professional in cleaning and separating powder, dirt and other impurities from sand.It improve the quality of the finished sand and is the necessary equipment matched sand making machine.
