Commonly used stone crusher have:jaw crusher (coarse crushing), cone crusher/impact crusher (fine crushing), sand making machine(to produce sand). Each crusher are used in different stages of the application. They and supporting equipment vibrating feeder, vibrating screen, belt conveyor together to form a complete stone crushing production line.

According to the different hardness of the stone, there are differences in the configuration of equipment. Coarse crushing generally use jaw crusher; in fine crushing, if the raw material is bluestone, limestone, fossil stone and other low hardness stone, you can choose impact crusher; if raw material is basalt, granite, pebbles and other high hardness stones, cone crusher is more appropriate. It designed for hard rock crushing,the wear and tear will be smaller.

After crushing stone, if you still want to produce mechanical sand, sand making machine can be added in the same production line to produce 0.5cm below mechanism sand. A line can produce sand and stone to meet the diverse needs of customers.

Because of the different production conditions, each stone production line configuration is not the same, only 100 tons of this factor, we can not determine the entire line configuration and then make quotation.
