Dear Moradi,

In the quarry stone, 0.5,1-2,1-3,2-4,4-6,3-7 are common types of standard(cm), while stone particles, melon seeds slice, stone powder are also the final products.

These sand and gravel materials can be used in roads and hydropower constructions and is the ideal alternative of natural sand.

To produce it, we generally configure stone production line. Stone production line process is: vibrating feeder → jaw crusher → impact crusher/cone crusher → vibrating screen → finished materials.

In primary crushing,we usually use jaw crusher.In secondary crushing,if the raw material is granite,basalt,quarts stone,we can choose cone crusher;If the raw material is limestone, dolomite and other low-hardness stone, we can use impact crusher.

If you want to produce mechanism sand at the same time, just add sand making machine in the stone production line. VSI5X sand making machine is suitable.
