The marble grinding process and equipment are as follows:

Marble grinding is generally divided into four types of coarse powder processing (0-3mm), fine powder processing (80 mesh-400 mesh) and ultra-fine powder processing (400 mesh-1250 mesh) and micro powder processing (1250 mesh-3250 mesh). 100 mesh belongs to fine powder processing.

The first stage: crushing

Large pieces of marble crushed by the crusher into the fineness of 15mm-50mm.

The second stage: grinding

The 15mm-50mm of material are sent by the elevator to the silo, and then sent by the vibration feeder into the mill for grinding.

Fine powder processing generally use LM vertical roller mill, MTW European type grinding mill, TGM overpressure trapezium mill, processing 100 mesh can use these machines.

Ultrafine powder processing generally use LUM ultra-fine vertical mill, HGM medium speed micro-powder mill.

The third stage: grading

After grinding,the material will be sent to the separator for grading.The unqualified powder will be re-send to the host for re-grinding.

The fourth stage: collecting powder

The qualified powder will be sent by the air flow through the pipeline into the dust collector for separation and collection.Then it will be transferred by the conveyor to the finished silo.
