On December 14-15,2015, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (Prime Minister) Council fourteenth meeting was held in Zhengzhou.The heads of government discussed trade development and cultural exchanges.Both China and Kyrgyzstan are the member states of Shanghai Economic Cooperation Organization,they are equally important countries on "One Belt One Road" economic corridors with other member states to jointly promote the region's stability, peace and prosperity in the world. When Kyrgyzstan Prime Minister Saar Aliyev discussed with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and other members of the prime minister on how to deal with external risks and challenges and promote common development and revitalization,the cooperation between them never stopped.
