Limestone crushing line with capacity of 500-600 TPH

In this limestone crushing line with capacity of 500-600TPH, after being blasted from quarry, the raw material (with sizes smaller than 930mm) will be transported to vibrating feeder, then to jaw crusher evenly and get primary crushed. The particles with sizes of 160mm-275mm will be transported to European-tech impact crusher from vibrating feeder for secondary crushing and be separated by vibrating screen; the larger sizes particles will be reverted and re-crushed by impact crusher, the final output material will be transported to final piles by belt conveyors.

Note: the raw material smaller than 300mm will enter European-tech impact crusher directly without primary crushing.
