Basic Process of Mechanical Sand Production

Mechanical sand is manufactured by complete sand making plant. The system consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher, vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor, concentrated electric control and other equipments. The complete sand making process as follows:
First of all, stone material should be crushed preliminarily by primary crusher, and then the crushed stones are conveyed to the secondary crusher with belt conveyor to next fine crushing. Fine stones are put into vibrating screen to sieve out two different kinds of material. The stone which can match the feed size of the Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher will be feed into the crusher, while the other part of the stone will be feed into the fine crusher for return crushing. Part of the stone that feed into the Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher will be made to sand, and it can be washed by the sand washing machine to make it perfect. The left will be recrushed by the crusher. the sand will be sieved by the vibrating screen and cleaned by the sand washing machine in the end, in order to get the sand that can meet the criterion.
