VM Series Vertical Mill

Generally speaking, the mill is of small feeding size and small producing capacity. In order to meet the customer's need, we always have to deploy the production line including primary crusher and secondary crusher, and two or more mills. In addition, dryer need to be included. To be honest, this is not satisfying. In order to solve the above problem, we have VM series vertical mill.

The VM series vertical mill has the following characteristics:
1: Since the feeding size is much bigger, there is no need of secondary crusher.
2: The producing capacity is much bigger than other mills, so we always do not need two or more mills to reach a certain big capacity.
3: The hot-air blower is used, so there is no need of dryer when the moisture of the material is below 15%.
4: There is no direct connection between metals, so the wear process is slow and the service life of the easy-worn parts is longer compared with the other mills.
5: The special construction of the mill makes it easy for workers to maintain it.
6: Since the low wearing of the metal, the VM will result better when grinding white materials.

However, nothing has no disadvantage. The delivery lead time is a little long, which of the VM130 and VM150 is 6-7 months, the VM170 and VM190 is 7-8 months. So, if customers are interested in the VM series vertical mill, please inform us a little earlier.
