PERFORMANCE
1. It integrates the functions of crushing, screening, grading adjustment and powder removal. It is convenient to adjust. It can produce high-quality sand and aggregate of different quality to meet the differentiated needs of different customers.
2. The system is a fully enclosed negative pressure system, and is equipped with a negative pressure dust collector with large air volume and low wind speed. There is no dust in the system, and the dust particles in the dust collector are discharged in an organized manner with a concentration of 10mg / nm ³， it is higher than the national standard and meets the emission requirements of high standard areas.
3. The fine sand reclaimer is equipped as standard to recover the fine sand particles greater than 0.075mm in the powder removal air path, improve the output of finished sand, reduce the output of stone powder and improve the economic benefits of customers.
4. Large capacity integrated powder bin is equipped as standard. The powder bin is equipped with high, medium and low level meters to monitor the material level in the powder bin online, which is convenient for production scheduling and does not need to clean the powder in real time. The bottom of the powder bin is equipped with a bulk machine as standard, which can realize dust-free loading.
5. The humidification system is equipped as standard, including humidifier, water pump and waterway. The amount of water added is controllable and adjustable, and the finished sand is uniform without segregation.
6. The system is controlled by industrial computer with a high degree of intelligence. It can start / stop with one key and monitor the operation status of each host in real time.
