Kefid 200TPH granite crushing line in South Africa

Material : granite

Output size : 0-5-10-20-40mm

Feeding size (mm) : 150

Capacity (TPH) : 200

Equipment : GZD1100*4200、HPT220、CSB160、2YZS1548、3YZS1860、2YZS1860

Process Description

the raw granite are collected into the hopper from the loader or truck, then the granite are fed into the cone crusher HPT220 by the vibrating feeder GZD1100X4200 for primary crushing. After crushed by the cone crusher, the outputs are transported to the first vibrating screen 2YZS1548 for primary screening. The size bigger than 100mm are put back into the HPT220 for re-crushing. The size below 100mm are being put into the standard type cone crusher CSB160. After crushed by CSB160, the outputs are transported to the vibrating screen 3YZS1860, the size between 0-5mm, 5-10mm and 10-20mm are the final products. The size bigger than 40mm are put back to the cone crusher CSB160 for re-crushing until all the proper size products are finished. The vibrating screen is a key equipment to sieve the crushed stones into different grades.

The brief introduction of CSB
1.Have many types of crushing cavity. The CS series cone crusher possess special design, and the customers can choose the type of crushing cavity which has high efficiency, uniform granularity, good shape, uniform abrasion and long use life of bowl liner and mantle. Choose special material to manufacture key assemblies to support large crushing force.
2.High capacity. Compared with other types of crusher, the series of CS cone crusher has longer arm, large stroke, high crushing force, it can crush the material more efficiently.
3.Every stroke crushes more material.
4.The mantle of cs series cone crusher leaves bowl liner further in every stroke, so the crushed material is much more at every stroke, and the material pass through the cavity more quickly. As a result, the capacity is creased by many times.
5.Low cost of daily running and maintenance.
