Process Description

This is a stationary two-stages crushing plant, including ZSW960*3800 feeder +PE600*900 jaw crusher +CS160 Symons cone crusher+3YZS1860 vibrating screen+ sand washer. The design capacity is 100TPH, with the function of crushing, screening and washing.

Crushing process

This is a typical river stone coarse crushing+ fine crushing + sand washing line. The blasted stone will be feed to jaw crusher PE600*900 for primary crushing, after crushing, the material will be transported to CSB160 Symons cone crusher for secondary crushing, later the material will be separated by vibrating screen, the smaller size will be transported by belt conveyor as final products; the bigger size will be reverted to cone crusher and get re-crushed. 0-5mm material will be washed by sand washer.

This is a typical design with stable performance and good shape final products.
