Process Description

The raw granite was fed into the PE750X1060 from hopper by vibrating feeder GZD1300X4900 for primary crushing. The bigger output size about 140mm are transported to the coarse cone crusher HPT300, after crushed by the HPT300/C, the outputs are transported to the vibrating screen 4YZS2460 for screening, the size 0-5-13-19-25mm will be screened out as final products, the size bigger than 25mm will be transported back to coarse cone crusher HPT300 for re-crushing. Then the outputs will be transported to the 3YZS2460 for screening out the final products. It is a circle crushing line, the granite will be crushed again until all the output size below 70mm.

This machine adopts hydraulic system which can provide overload protection and iron release function when the insurance jar take forward tension,when takes backward direction, it provides clearance function,decrease the break-down maintenance time and save more money and energy.
