Process Description

this design includes three sets of mobile crushing plants, which is a typical three-stages crushing line, i.e. YG1349EW86 mobile jaw crusher+ Y3S2160PFS1315 mobile impact crusher+ Y3S21605X9532 mobile sand making machine.

The raw material is crushed by JC840*1100 European type jaw crusher first, then be separated by vibrating screen, the bigger sizes material will be transported to secondary European type impact crusher PFS1315 and get crushed, the smaller sizes will be transported to the vibrating screen on the third plant and get separated again, the 0-20mm will be separated as final products, while the 20-45mm sizes material will be crushed by VSI-DR9532. This is a closed circuit to satisfy customer’s requirement of 0-5-10-20mm. Our machines adopted advanced European technology, with stable performance and creates high profit for our customers.
