(1)Due to the strong vibration during jaw crusher's running, it should be installed on the concrete foundation. Hard wood back-up, rubber belt or other vibration-absorptive materials should be added between crushers and concrete foundation to decrease vibration and reduce noise.
(2)One piece of metal plate should be placed at the basic discharge trough in an inclination angle no smller than 50° for the materials' easy discharge.
(3)The adjustment of discharge size should be based on end product size.
