For different types of stone, how to select the right crushing equipment ?

After primary crushing, most materials need the secondary crushing process. Impact crusher and Cone crusher are usually used as the secondary crushing in the stone production line.Generally soft rock for fine crushing,such as limestone, impact crusher is better, because of its high capacity. While for the hard rock crushing ,cone crusher is most suitable.

When we select the stone production line equipment, first of all, we should analyze the raw material. If there is 3 Level of coarse aggregate crushing, then we can use the two broken segment. As for the 4 Level of coarse aggregate, we can use the three broken segment crushing (for sand making).
