In the mill production process, excessive noise is a common phenomenon. Abnormal noise is inevitable, but if having a excessive noise and the vibration associated with larger needed to pay attention, it is likely to be a unusual circumstances for Raymond mill. In order to ensure the normal operation of Raymond mill, users need to understand its causes and take appropriate countermeasures. Here are some of the reasons for Raymond mill excessive noise.

Firstly, we must distinguish between the host vibration or fan vibration to the vibration of Raymond mill.
If that is the host vibration, we should use the exclusion troubleshooting, and check Raymond mill in this order: (1) anchor bolts, tighten the bolts; (2) Check the feed rate and feed size, taking a timely adjustment; (3) Check attrition rate of shovel knife, the attrition rate of shovel knife can cause severe shovel afford materials; (4) Check whether the Raymond mill roller, grinding ring is deformed. During the operation, we must pay attention to safety, and prevent accidents.
If that is the fan vibration, it is easy to be solved. Fan vibration is mainly for two reasons: (1) bolt loose, tighten the bolt; (2) there is dust on the fan, or uneven wear, resulting in unbalanced rotating blades driven fan vibration, in this case, we just need clear the dust or replace blades.
