Production of crushed stone

One of the technologies for production of crushed stone is presented. The line uses the latest development "Kefid" - fine crushing unit. Through the use of fixed cone crushers, you can achieve the ability to work "under the rubble", which improves the parameters of the resulting cuboids' rubble.

The hydraulic system allows remote adjustment of the parameters of the output gap and not misses divisibility of objects without stopping the crusher.

Preparation of fractions makes it possible to be a mixture of broken stone ballast with an optimal ratio of different fractions, the use of which increases the performance of the roadway and manufactured with the use of such mixtures asphalt. Flakiness received on this line of product does not exceed 15%.

The scheme represents the production technology of a cube-shaped crushed stone containing grains of flakiness and needle forms up to 10%. In this scheme, to improve the parameters used in the unit cube granulation its member granulator.
