Dear Surya,

Coal gangue is the solid waste which discharged from coal mining and washing process.It is a dark gray rock which is harder than coal with low carbon content in coal-forming process associated with coal seams.

After crushing, milling process, coal gangue can be used to produce cement, fired brick, lightweight aggregate and other fields. In different fields,the application of coal gangue required different granularity. Therefore, we should choose different equipments.

To process coal gangue, we normally use jaw crusher, impact crusher, raymond mill, European type grinding mill, vertical mill, European hammer mill.

European hammer mill is mainly used for fine crushing and coarse grinding operations and can be used in gangue processing. The discharging size is between 0-3mm.

If you want to process gangue into 150 mesh, 200 mesh, you need to use European type grinding mill, raymond mill, vertical mill. Because of its high fineness, the capacity will be lower than European hammer mill.

If you do not want fine process, you only need to use jaw crusher and impact crusher to produce aggregate of 0.5,1-2,1-3,3-8cm for paving, building and other fields.

Many crushing equipments can be used to process coal gangue, we need to choose suitable equipment according to their own needs.
