Kefid vertical mill has the following advantages in the preparation of limestone powder:
1.High grinding efficiency
Vertical mill adopts material layer grinding principle with low energy consumption. The power consumption is 20-30% lower than wet ball mill, and the more water in raw material, the better effect in energy-saving. Since there is no direct contact between the metal, so we can get small grinding wear and high utilization. The unit product wear is 5-10g/t.
2.Low capital investment
Vertical mill set crushing, drying, grinding, separator, transportation in one which saving the investment in auxiliary equipment. The system is compact and the process is simple with small footprint and low construction costs. Roller and roller sleeve can be used upside down to reduce production costs.
3.Unique new structure
Oil lubrication station keep the bearings in clean oil at a low temperature to work, stable and reliable. Automatic control device is easy to operate. Stop gear can prevent direct contact with the roller sleeve and grinding table liner to guarantee safety performance. Hydraulic system has the function of automatic lifting roll and roll dropping, non-load starting, and the roller sleeve and liner replacement is quick and easy.
4.Large drying capacity
Vertical mill adopts hot air to transport materials, it can dried the material which moisture is up to 15%. By controlling the inlet air temperature, we can make products meet the required final moisture.
5.Stable product quality
Material stays in the vertical mill only 2-3 minutes, and requires 15-20 minutes in wet ball mill. Therefore, the chemical composition and fineness of the product can be quickly measured and correct.
6.Good environmental effect
When working,the roll and grinding disk has no direct contact with low noise which is 20-25 db lower than the wet ball mill. It adopts fully sealed system, the system operating under negative pressure with no dust and clean environment.
