Kefid is a large-scale production and export base of crushing and screening equipment, industrial milling equipment, beneficiation equipment which develop and produce a variety of fixed and mobile crushing plants.
According to different vehicle traveling system, its mobile crushing station equipments are divided into two types: tire type mobile crushing station and crawler mobile crushing station.
In accordance with the different main crusher, mobile crushing plants are divided into: jaw crusher mobile crushing plant, cone crusher mobile crushing plant, impact crusher mobile crushing plant, sand making machine mobile crushing station,etc. In 2014, Kefid introduced a variety of modular mobile crushing plant to meet customer demand and achieve one machine multi-purpose.
For such a high hardness metal ore--copper ore, you can use a combination of jaw crusher + cone crusher mobile crushing plant.Firstly we use jaw crusher to crush chunks of ore into medium-grained, and then use cone crusher to crush it into 13mm or less, the minimum can reach 6mm. This can achieve "more crushing,less grinding" and reduce beneficiation energy consumption.
About 1,000 tons of copper ore, depending on the output of 1,000 tons is a day or an hour, we need the clear production requirements to configure the most suitable equipment models.
