According to Kefid experts, a complete sand production line generally consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher/cone crusher, sand making machine, vibrating screen, belt conveyor, sand washing machines and other equipments.
Jaw crusher is used for stone coarse crushing process; cone crusher and impact crusher are used in secondary crushing, they apply to different hardness of ore. Cone crusher is suitble for crushing granite, basalt, river gravel and other hard rock material and impact crusher is suitable for crushing limestone, dolomite low hardness material; after cone crusher and impact crusher can be coupled with a crushing and shaping links - sand making machine to produce 5mm or less mechanism sand .
