The liner installed on the fixed and movable jaws of the jaw crusher is called the jaw plate, and the material is generally ZGMn13-2. According to the type and lithology of the rock, different jaw plate types can be selected.

(1) "HD" heavy-duty jaw plate: It is suitable for super corrosive rock, which is not conducive to the control of the maximum discharge particle size. It can be used with the movable jaw "C"-shaped corrugated jaw plate.

(2) "C"-shaped corrugated jaw plate: suitable for low abrasive rock, suitable for smaller discharge ports, can make the fine-grained materials in the crushing cavity pass smoothly, and can well control the discharge of bulk size.

(3) "CC"-shaped rough corrugated jaw plate: more wear-resistant than "C"-shaped corrugated jaws, suitable for larger discharge openings, enabling the fine-grained materials in the crushing cavity to pass smoothly, and can be well controlled the size of the block in the discharging.

(4) "WT"-shaped wide-tooth jaw plate: movable jaws and fixed jaws can be interchanged, better wear resistance, better material clamping ability.

(5) "WW"-shaped wide wave jaw plate: suitable for flaky rocks, not suitable for abrasive rocks.

(6) "ST"-shaped sharp tooth jaw plate: very good maximum discharge size control, good fine material passing capacity, good clamping capacity, high crushing ratio, good grain shape, not suitable for handling of abrasive materials.
