Two lime material also called "calcium and magnesium powder", the main ingredient is calcium and magnesium.It is commonly used as a filler and widely used in household chemical industry such as man-made floor tiles, rubber, plastics, paper, coatings, paints, inks, cables, building supplies, food, textile, feed, toothpaste,etc. As a filler,it acts to increase the volume of products to reduce production costs.
Processing two lime material requires two lime material production line. Kefid can provide different size requirements needed ordinary heavy calcium powder, superfine heavy calcium carbonate, wet grinding ultra-fine calcium carbonate, surface modification of ultrafine heavy calcium carbonate.
Dry production process: Firstly, preferred calcite, limestone, chalk, shells, etc.shipped from the quarry, remove gangue; then use crusher to crush limestone for coarse crushing, and then pulverized it by MTW European type grinding mill to obtain fine limestone powder. Finally, use classifier for grading. The powder meet the size requirements as product to be packaging and storage, otherwise for re-grinding.
