Crushing 10,000 tons of raw ore per day, if counted by working 20 hours a day, that means average capacity per hour will reach 500 tons. This is a relatively large-scale crushing amount which need to equipped with production lines to organize production.
Raw ore crusher commonly used jaw crusher, cone crusher, impact crusher,sand making machine.Their division is different. And they usually combined into gravel or sand production line to work together to complete the breaking.
Jaw crusher is mainly used for first crushing of raw ore - coarse crushing; cone crusher and impact crusher are used in fine crushing. They apply to different hardness of the ore. Cone crusher is suitble for crushing granite, basalt, river gravel and other hard rock material. Impact crusher is suitable for crushing limestone, dolomite and other low-hardness materials; If you need further crushing and shaping, you should add an impact crusher to produce 5mm or less mechanism sand.
