Kefid has a 20 tons of MTW175 mill production line located in Yixing, Jiangsu. This production line is mainly used to process limestone, the finished lime powder is used for power plant desulfurization and high standards of highway construction.

 

Kefid provide users with crushing, drying, grinding, screening, packaging integration design, supply, construction, services and other aspects of the solution. The production line is completely automatic.It configurated dedicated pulse dust collector, less dust, clean operation, low noise.

 

The features of MTW European type grinding mill are as follows:

 

1.Bevel gear overall drive. MTW European type grinding mill adopts bevel gear overall drive, the structure is more compact, easy to install and greatly increased efficiency;

2.Internal thin oil lubrication system. It uses internal oil pump. Without additional oil pump or lubrication station, you can achieve spindle bearings and bevel gear shaft bearing lubrication;

3.Curved duct. It uses curved air duct, tangential air flow imports smooth, low resistance, the internal export direction is conducive to the dispersion of materials, not easy to block material;

4.The surface can be changed blade. The blade uses high wear-resistant alloy material with long life.When replacing,we only need to replace the blade part to improve the material utilization.

5.No resistance inlet volute. Inside the inner door and the inner surface of the volute are on the same surface to effectively avoid the eddy current effect.

 

As far as we know, since it is put into operation,the production line runs very well.
